At WoW Company we pride ourselves on offering a superior coaching experience. We hope that when you sign up for one of our courses it will be the first of many great steps you take! Still, we recognize that you may discover power walking is not for you or something may come up that makes it impossible to continue the course or attend all of the classes. For this reason, we have developed the following refund and make-up class policy that will help us to provide successful courses while offering you attendance flexibility.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with our classes, we offer a full refund within one week after your first class and 75% refund within one week after the second class at which time we require written, telephone or email confirmation of your withdrawal from the session and return of all WoW course material. No refunds will be considered beyond this time.

MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY
WoW Power Walkers are encouraged to make up classes at other times and locations within 15 days of the end of the session. Classes cannot be made up after this time. It is appreciated when walkers notify the coach in advance of any such changes.
