This class is for anyone who has ever walked with us or not! It's great for those of you who walk for fitness and for those of you that want that extra "je ne sais quoi" element to take your walking to high performance. We use body weight and resistance bands to enhance strength and to balance our bodies from all the walking we do. ***New this session: participants will be asked to purchase a new band from the coach to be brought to each class.

This fall we are adding some power moves for a challenge that will surprise and entertain us on our way to better fitness!
